Shipping Information
To see shipping charges for an order, just view each item page. Shipping cost
is mostly displayed at the foot of each description.
Orders are usually shipped on the same day of payment, or at the earliest
possible date thereafter. While we do our best to ship orders as soon as absolutely possible, once we hand a package off to
Australia Post we have NO control over how fast it gets to you or in what shape it will arrive.
Please keep in mind that the Post Office does not guarantee they will deliver packages in
any specified time frame, unless Express Post is requested.
We strongly recommend that Australians have their parcels Registered and
Internationals take out Insurance. Both incur only a small extra charge,
which is well worth the peace of mind that it brings. In so doing, you
receive a great deal more protection for the safe delivery of your goods, as we
are personally unable to take responsibility for the items once we hand them
over to Australia Post for delivery.
Shipping Cost:
Cost for shipping is calculated using a formula based on weight, size, and amount of packaging materials needed per order. Costs are set as low as possible. We do not make any money on shipping; in fact in many cases shipping charges are below what we pay after calculating all above noted expenses. Occasionally, we
may need to adjust shipping costs on your order, but you will be informed if
this is necessary - it is rare.
Packaging:
We do our best to package every order in a manner that will protect the objects inside; however we can not guarantee delicate handling from the shipping services available to us.
For this reason we advise that you have the parcel either registered or insured,
as we claim no responsibility for lost or damaged articles.
International:
We are very happy to ship to International destinations, although we cannot be
responsible for any problems with customs, or with lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Insurance is highly recommended.
Shipping / Timeframe:
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. In rare cases, an item may not be in stock at the time of purchase and may take a few additional days to obtain. If
an item is needed for a special event, ordering ahead will give you the best chance of receiving your
parcel on time.
Payment Information
PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept almost all forms of payment options that
are available - Direct Bank Deposit, Credit Card, Bank Cheques and Postal Money
Orders are acceptable from Australia, and Credit Cards from Internationals. We
do offer PayPal, but only reluctantly as we are not comfortable dealing with
that company, but do so as a service to our clients. Please don't send cash in the mail, as we will not be deemed responsible! By prior arrangement, we can also accept personal cheques (again, only from Australia), but shipping is delayed until the cheque is cleared.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS - (those outside of Australia) are responsible for any taxes and duty within their own country. No additional taxes and duties are charged from
Nature's Wonderland. Invoicing is in AUD funds. We ask that you use
Credit Card for your
payment thanks. PayPal is an option, but not a preferred method from our view
point, as noted above. Please note that PayPal's rates to us, as sellers, are extremely high. The required customs forms that we fill out for shipping the item(s) will show Australian Dollars. We ship worldwide. All shipping rates for overseas customers will include insurance at the purchasers'
request (which is our recommendation).

For the fastest response from us, respond directly from the order confirmation email you were sent after you placed your order. Please do not email us with incomplete information as we may not be able to find your order.
Due to the limited quantities available for many items on this site, orders placed for out-of-stock and/or sold out items
may receive site credit.
Exchange Information
Sorry, we do not accept returns - and exchanges are only accepted in isolated
cases. Some items, such as originals and
commissioned artwork, cannot be exchanged at all. We are a small business and the excessive costs involved in returned merchandise are not sustainable.
If returned items come back to us damaged, we are not able to re-sell them. We will
offer a site
credit occasionally, but only in those cases that fit our policy. All shipping costs incurred during the exchange will be paid by the customer. If you
feel you need to exchange an item,
PLEASE EMAIL SALES FIRST. Items will only be accepted for exchange if postmarked within
7 days of purchase. Items sent back to us beyond 7 days, or exchanges in damaged,
unsaleable condition, will not be accepted. Items returned to us without following all exchange guidelines may be refused. Please send exchanges well packaged and if necessary, by insured mail. Please include any Exchange Information you receive from us with the exchange. If you email us to make a change or cancellation to your order and it has already shipped, we
cannot accept an exchange.
If you receive the wrong item in your order, please EMAIL SALES immediately. We will review your order and take steps quickly to correct the mistake.

as early as possible. Please remember that we get a large amount of emails and though we try to answer them all in a timely manner, sometimes it takes a
little bit of time to get to everyone. If you need to contact us regarding your recently placed order, please do so immediately after placing it,
to ensure we will receive it before your order is processed.

Personally Identifiable Information Collection
Personally identifiable information is only requested and collected in areas of this web site where the visitor has requested that we respond directly and/or personally to them, or site functionality requires such information. For example, it is collected for order shipping and
for Lay-By/Lay Away items.
Customer Data
Personal information and data collected in ALL AREAS of this site is NEVER shared or sold. We despise the erosion of privacy and abundance of spam as much as anyone and would never participate in their advancement.
Site Security
Security is a top concern and measures are taken to ensure the protection of all submitted customer data. This includes protections at both the server and site levels.
Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer
encryption.
Packaging & Recycling
We try to use recyclable and biodegradable materials as often as possible
with which to pack our orders. We also try to re-use any materials we receive when we order supplies and merchandise from other companies (i.e. boxes,
Styrofoam shredded packing, bubble wrap).
